تقدّم khsoftware تطبيق KH Smart TV. توضّح هذه الصفحة كيف يصل التطبيق إلى البيانات ويجمعها ويستخدمها ويشاركها عند استخدام التطبيق.

2. البيانات التي يجمعها التطبيق

• بيانات الحساب (اختياري): البريد الإلكتروني ومعرّف الحساب وبيانات المصادقة عبر Firebase Authentication، بما في ذلك تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google عند تفعيله.
• المزامنة السحابية (اختياري): التفضيلات والمفضلة وتقدّم المشاهدة وإعدادات محدودة مرتبطة بحسابك. لا تُرسل كلمات مرور مصادر البث ولا روابط التشغيل ضمن مزامنة الاستمرارية.
• بيانات على الجهاز: قوائم التشغيل والمصادر والوسائط المحلية والنسخ الاحتياطية المحلية تبقى على جهازك ما لم تختر المزامنة أو التصدير.
• بيانات تقنية: معلومات الجهاز اللازمة للتشغيل مثل الطراز والمنصة وإصدار التطبيق وقدرات العرض والصوت الظاهرة في الإعدادات.
• بيانات وصفية من أطراف ثالثة: قد يطلب التطبيق بيانات وصفية وصور أغلفة من خدمات مثل TMDB لعرض معلومات الأفلام والمسلسلات.

3. كيف نستخدم البيانات

• تشغيل التطبيق وتسجيل الدخول وإدارة الأجهزة المرتبطة بالحساب.
• مزامنة التفضيلات والتقدم بين أجهزتك عند تفعيل ذلك.
• تحسين تجربة المشاهدة (البحث والتشغيل والترجمة).
• النسخ الاحتياطي المحلي والاستعادة عندما تطلب ذلك.
• الامتثال لمتطلبات المتاجر والأمان والدعم.

4. أذونات أندرويد

• الشبكة: للاتصال بمصادر البث والخدمات السحابية وبيانات الأغلفة.
• قراءة الوسائط: لميزة «وسائطي» والملفات التي تختارها.
• النسخ الاحتياطي المحلي: عبر منتقي ملفات النظام (SAF) أو مجلد خاص بالتطبيق — بدون صلاحية الوصول الكامل لكل الملفات.

5. المشاركة والأطراف الثالثة

قد تُعالَج بيانات الحساب والمزامنة عبر مزوّدين مثل Google Firebase. قد تُحمَّل بيانات وصفية من مزوّدي بيانات الأفلام. مصادر البث التي تضيفها (مثل قوائم التشغيل أو رموز إكستريم) تتصل بمزوّديك مباشرة — نحن لا نقدّم محتوى البث. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.

6. المحتوى والمسؤولية

أنت مسؤول عن قانونية مصادر البث والقوائم التي تضيفها. التطبيق أداة تشغيل وتنظيم؛ لا يوفّر مكتبات مقرصنة ولا يشجّع على انتهاك حقوق النشر.

7. الأمان والاحتفاظ

نستخدم اتصالات مشفّرة لخدماتنا حيثما أمكن. بعض مصادر البث القديمة قد تتطلب HTTP غير مشفّر؛ ذلك يحدث فقط للاتصال بمصادرك. نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب والمزامنة طالما بقي الحساب نشطاً أو حسب ما يلزم للتشغيل والدعم والالتزامات القانونية.

8. حذف الحساب والبيانات

يمكنك حذف حساب المنصة وبيانات المزامنة السحابية من داخل التطبيق (الحساب ← حذف الحساب). راجع أيضاً تعليمات حذف الحساب. حذف الحساب لا يزيل تلقائياً قوائم التشغيل المحلية على الجهاز.

9. الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون السن المطلوب لمتاجر التطبيقات ذات الصلة. استخدم أدوات الرقابة الأبوية داخل التطبيق عند الحاجة.

1. Who we are

khsoftware publishes the KH Smart TV app. This page explains how the app accesses, collects, uses, and shares information when you use KH Smart TV.

2. Data the app collects

• Account data (optional): email address, account identifiers, and authentication data via Firebase Authentication, including Google sign-in when enabled.
• Cloud sync (optional): preferences, favorites, watch progress, and limited settings tied to your account. Source passwords and stream links are not sent as part of continuity sync.
• On-device data: playlists, sources, local media, and local backups remain on your device unless you choose sync or export.
• Technical data: device information needed to run the app, such as model, platform, app version, and display/audio capabilities shown in settings.
• Third-party metadata: the app may request titles, artwork, and related metadata from services such as TMDB to display movie and series information.

3. How we use data

• Operate the app, sign-in, and manage devices linked to your account.
• Sync preferences and progress across your devices when you enable that feature.
• Improve the viewing experience (search, playback, subtitles).
• Perform local backup and restore when you request it.
• Meet store, security, and support requirements.

4. Android permissions

• Network access: streaming sources, cloud services, and artwork.
• Media read access: My Media and files you select.
• Local backup: via the system file picker (Storage Access Framework) or app-scoped storage — without All files access.

5. Sharing and third parties

Account and sync data may be processed by providers such as Google Firebase. Metadata may be loaded from film data providers. Streaming sources you add (such as playlists or Xtream credentials) connect to your providers directly—we do not supply streaming libraries. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Content and responsibility

You are responsible for the legality of playlists and sources you add. KH Smart TV is a player and organizer; it does not provide pirated libraries and does not encourage copyright infringement.

7. Security and retention

We encrypt our own service traffic where possible. Some legacy IPTV sources may require cleartext HTTP to reach your provider only. We retain account and sync data while the account remains active or as needed for operations, support, and legal obligations.

8. Account and data deletion

You can delete your KH account and cloud sync data in the app (Account → Delete account). See also the delete-account instructions. Deleting the account does not automatically remove local playlists on the device.

9. Children

The app is not directed at children below the age required by relevant app stores. Use in-app parental controls when needed.
